EMDR

eye movement desensitization and reprocessing

EMDR is an evidence-based therapy for healing from trauma and other distressing experiences. It uses bilateral stimulation—through gentle eye movements, tapping, or specialized telehealth tools—to help the brain process memories that may still feel “stuck.”

I practice attachment-focused EMDR, meaning we approach trauma work through a foundation of safety, connection, and trust. It’s important to me that you feel fully supported and prepared before we begin processing. Together, we’ll create a personalized plan that honors your pace and incorporates self-care every step of the way.
